Cloud based software’s can provide real time access to clients for their SMSF and direct data feeding form banks and share platforms depending on the bank and share platform you use.

In SMSF bookkeeping process documents related to the relevant financial year will be requested from the client. These documents include bank statements for the financial year, investment documents and SMSF contribution details or any other document for the SMSF processing. These documents can be provided by email, post or dropbox as you prefer.

Note, not all complaints can be acted on by the TPB. For example, if your complaint is about fees, you will be asked to contact Consumer Affairs or the Office of Fair Trading in your State or Territory.
